Our Denture Services
From implant-supported dentures to repairs and relines — we offer a full range of denture services, explained clearly and delivered with care.
Implant-Supported Dentures
Implant-supported dentures are dentures that attach to dental implants placed in the jawbone by a dentist or oral surgeon. Our role is to design and fit the denture that connects to those implants — providing a secure, stable, and comfortable result.
If you find that conventional dentures move during eating or speaking, implant-supported dentures can provide significantly more stability and confidence throughout the day.
- Works with implants placed by your dentist or oral surgeon
- Significantly more stable than conventional dentures
- Helps preserve jawbone over time
- We coordinate with your dental team throughout
Locator Implant Dentures
Supported by 2–4 implants using locator attachments, these dentures snap securely into place while remaining easy to remove for cleaning. A reliable and cost-effective option for patients looking for improved stability over conventional dentures.
All-on-X Implant Dentures
Supported by 4–6 strategically placed implants, All-on-X provides a full arch of teeth with a high level of stability — approaching the feel of natural teeth. Ideal for patients seeking a more permanent, fixed-like solution for full tooth replacement.
Stability and confidence — every meal, every conversation.
Immediate Dentures
An immediate denture is fabricated before your natural teeth are extracted and placed in your mouth on the same day as your extractions. This means you leave the appointment with a full set of teeth — no waiting period without a smile.
As your gums and jawbone heal and reshape following extractions, your immediate denture will be adjusted and eventually relined or replaced with a permanent denture for an optimal long-term fit.
- Placed the same day as your extractions
- You never have to go without teeth during healing
- Protects the extraction sites during recovery
- Reline or replacement planned once healing is complete
- A stepping stone toward your permanent, well-fitted denture
Leave your appointment with a complete smile.
Complete Dentures
A complete denture replaces all of the teeth in the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both. If you have recently had teeth removed, or have been without teeth for some time, complete dentures are often the most straightforward path to restoring your smile and your ability to eat comfortably.
We take detailed impressions and measurements of your mouth so that your denture fits your unique anatomy. Proper fit is the foundation of a comfortable denture — and we take the time to get it right.
- Upper, lower, or full-mouth replacement
- Custom-fitted to your jaw shape and bite
- Natural-looking tooth shape and shade selection
- Ongoing adjustments included after delivery
A well-fitting denture makes everyday life comfortable again.
Partial Dentures
When you still have some of your natural teeth, a partial denture fills in the gaps. It is supported by the natural teeth to stay in place and restore your ability to chew and speak normally — while helping to preserve the natural teeth you still have.
Partial dentures come in different styles, including acrylic and metal-based options. We'll discuss which type suits your situation, your lifestyle, and your budget.
- Designed to work around your existing natural teeth
- Acrylic or cast metal framework options
- Removable for easy cleaning
- Helps prevent remaining teeth from shifting
- Colour-matched to blend naturally with your smile
Filling the gaps while protecting what's already there.
Denture Relines
As your jawbone and gum tissue change over time, your denture may begin to feel loose or uncomfortable — even if it fit well when it was first made. A reline restores the fit by reshaping the inner surface of your denture to match your current gum contours.
Relining is one of the most effective ways to extend the life of your denture and maintain comfort without replacing it entirely.
Hard Reline
The most durable and long-lasting option. The inner lining of your denture is refit using a hard acrylic material that closely matches the original denture base. A hard reline provides a precise, stable fit and is recommended for most patients seeking a lasting solution.
Soft Reline
A soft, pliable material is used to reline the denture, providing a cushioned layer between the denture and the gum tissue. This option is particularly well-suited for patients with sensitive gums, thin or tender tissues, or those who find hard dentures uncomfortable. Soft relines may require more frequent replacement than hard relines.
A refreshed fit — without starting from scratch.
Repairs & Adjustments
Dentures go through a lot of daily use, and over time they can crack, break, or simply stop fitting as well as they once did. As your jawbone changes over time, even a well-made denture may need to be adjusted to maintain a comfortable fit.
We offer prompt denture repairs and professional adjustments — because we understand that going without your denture, even for a short time, affects your daily life.
- Repairs for cracked, chipped, or broken dentures
- Professional adjustments for discomfort
- Tooth replacements for individual missing denture teeth
Getting you back to normal, as quickly as possible.
